Rule 91 Special Exceptions

When one side in a lawsuit thinks the other side's paperwork has a problem, they can file what's called a special exception. This is basically a formal complaint saying "your filing has an issue and here's exactly what it is."

The key part of this rule is that you can't just say something is wrong in a vague way. You have to spell out the specific problem, whether that's missing information, confusing language, repeated claims, or something too general to understand. A special exception that just says "this pleading is bad" won't cut it.

This rule protects both sides by making sure any complaints about court filings are clear and specific. That way, the person who wrote the filing knows exactly what they need to fix.
