Art. 4.15 MAY SIT AT ANY TIME

Justice courts and corporation courts don't have to follow a set schedule for criminal trials. They can hold court whenever needed to handle cases within their authority.

If a case could result in a fine, the court still has to follow the same rules of evidence and criminal procedure that apply in any other criminal case. So even though these courts have flexibility on timing, they can't skip the standard legal process just because the case involves a smaller penalty like a fine. People appearing in these courts still get the same basic legal protections and fair procedures required by law.
