Section 16.01 Judicial Action on Magistrate’s Report

Rule Text

Unless a party files a written notice of appeal, the referring court may:

(1) adopt, modify, or reject the magistrate’s report;

(2) hear further evidence; or

(3) recommit the matter to the magistrate for further proceedings.
