Rule 506 Political Vote Privilege

You have the right to keep your vote private. If someone tries to force you to say how you voted in a secret ballot election, you can refuse to answer, even in court.

The only exception is if your vote was cast illegally. In that case, the court can require you to disclose how you voted.
