Rule 1103 Title & Citation

This rule is short and simple. It just gives the official name for this set of evidence rules used in the Virgin Islands.

Going forward, these rules can be called the "Virgin Islands Rules of Evidence." They can also be referred to by the short form "V.I.R.E." This naming rule makes it easier for judges, lawyers, and court documents to refer to the rules quickly without repeating the full name every time.
