Rule 213 [repealed].

This rule used to exist, but it has been removed and no longer applies. There's no current requirement or guidance under this section.

If you're looking into court procedures related to this part of the rules, you'll want to check the current version of the rules for any updates that may have replaced it. Repealed rules don't have any legal effect, so nothing here would impact a case going forward.
