Rule 85 [repealed].

This rule has been repealed, which means it no longer applies. It used to contain a requirement or procedure for cases in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, but that content has been removed from the rules entirely.

If you're looking at older documents or case files that reference Rule 85, keep in mind that the rule is no longer in effect. You'll need to check the current rules to find out if the topic it once covered is addressed somewhere else, or if it simply no longer applies to cases going forward.
