Rule 2-208 Publication and Distribution

This rule explains how court administration rules get published and shared with the public. It says that all the rules from the Judicial Council, its boards, and local courts must be included in this official code. This way, everyone can find these rules in one place instead of searching through separate documents.

The rule also makes sure people can actually access these rules. If someone asks, court staff must point them to where the code is posted online. Courts must also let people view the code in person during regular business hours. This means anyone, not just lawyers, can look up the rules that govern how Utah courts operate.
