21 Administrative Order No. 21. Terms of the Supreme Court
Administrative Orders of the Supreme Court
Rule Text
§ 1. Pursuant to the provisions of 4 V.S.A. § 8, the stated terms of the Supreme Court shall be held in Montpelier on the first Tuesday in February, March, April, May, June, September, October, and November of each year.
§ 2. In addition to the foregoing stated terms, additional terms shall be convened at such times and places as the Supreme Court shall declare.
