9 Rule 2 Bar Counsel and Disciplinary Counsel

Rule Text
Appointment. Following consultation with the Board, and subject to Court approval, the Court Administrator, pursuant to Administrative Order 3, appoints lawyers admitted to the bar of this state to perform the duties of Bar Counsel and Disciplinary Counsel.
