Rules Governing Medical Malpractice Arbitration
Rule Text
The application for a judgment order should be submitted pursuant to 12 V.S.A. § 402 on payment of entry fee and thereupon docketed. If application is made to the wrong court, it will grant a motion to dismiss without prejudice.
