Rule 1 Scope of Rules

I. Scope of Rules; Form of Proceeding

Rule Text

These rules govern the procedure in all proceedings in the Probate Division of the Superior Court, with the limitations stated in Rule 81. The rules shall be construed to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every proceeding.
