Plain-English Summary (for reference only — not a substitute for the rule text above)
This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
When the Court of Appeals makes a decision on a case, the court's clerk must quickly send a copy of that decision to everyone involved. This includes the lawyers who worked on the case and the lower court or agency where the case originally came from.
This rule makes sure that everyone who needs to know about the outcome hears about it directly from the Court of Appeals. No one has to hunt down the decision on their own.
