Rule 7.4 Communication Of Fields Of Practice And Certification [DELETED]

This rule no longer exists. Virginia removed it from the rules on July 1, 2017.

Before it was deleted, this rule covered how lawyers could advertise their areas of practice and any certifications they held. Since the rule has been taken out, lawyers now follow other rules in this same set, particularly Rule 7.1, for guidance on how they can describe their practice areas and qualifications to the public.
