Rule 19 Video Conference Proceedings

Washington courts can hold hearings by video conference. The state court administration office is responsible for setting the rules about what equipment and facilities courts need to use for these video hearings.

If your court uses video conferencing, the setup must meet certain standards. Those standards are created and overseen by the Office of the Administrator for the Courts, which also helps courts get the technology working properly.
