Rule 4 Law Librarian

The State Law Librarian decides when the law library will be closed for holidays. This includes the holidays themselves, as well as the days right before or after them.

If you need to visit the law library around a holiday, check ahead of time to make sure it will be open. The hours and closure schedule are up to the librarian, not a fixed court schedule.
