Rule 6 Sessions of Courts

Washington courts follow specific rules about when and how they hold their sessions. The Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Superior Court each have their own separate rules that control their schedules.

This rule simply points you to the right place to find those scheduling details. If you need to know when the Supreme Court meets, you look at SAR 4. For the Court of Appeals, you check CAR 4. For Superior Court, you check CR 77(f).
