Comment [1] Lawyer RPC 2.3 pertains to a lawyer providing an evaluation of a matter affecting a client for the use of someone other than the client. If the need for an evaluation arises in an LLLT’s authorized scope of practice under APR 28, an LLLT should look to Lawyer RPC 2.3 for guidance.
