Any licensed LPO permitted to engage in the limited practice of law in this state is subject to these Rules for Enforcement of Limited Practice Officer Conduct. Jurisdiction exists regardless of the LPO’s residency or authority to engage in the limited practice of law in this state. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
