Rule 10.9 Interim Review
Title 10 Hearing Procedures
Rule Text
Unless these rules provide otherwise, the Board may review any interim ruling on request for review by either party, if the Chair determines that review is necessary and appropriate and will serve the ends of justice. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
