Rule 11.10 Supplementing Record on Review

The record on review may be supplemented under the procedures of RAP 9.6 except that leave to supplement is freely granted. The Board may direct that the record be supplemented with any portion of the record before the hearing officer, including any public file documents and exhibits. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
