Rule Text

(a) Respondent’s Right to Appeal. The respondent LPO has the right to appeal a Board decision recommending suspension or revocation. There is no other right of appeal.

(b) Notice of Appeal. To appeal, the respondent must file a notice of appeal with the Clerk within 15 days of service of the Board’s decision on the respondent. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
