Rule 13.2 Effective Date of Suspensions and Revocations

Suspensions and revocations are effective on the date set by the Supreme Court’s order, which will ordinarily be seven days after the date of the order. If no date is set, the suspension or revocation is effective on the date of the Court’s order. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
