Rule 15.5 Declaration

Title 15 Audits and Trust Account Overdraft Notification

Rule Text

(a) Declaration. Each active LPO must file a trust account declaration as required by APR 12.

(b) Noncompliance. Failure to file the declaration may subject an active LPO to suspension from practice pursuant to APR 17. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009; Amended effective March 1, 2016; September 1, 2017; December 5, 2017.]
