Rule 6.7 Effect of Non-participation in Diversion

Rule Text
The respondent LPO has the right to decline the offer to participate in diversion. If the respondent chooses not to participate, the matter proceeds as though no referral to diversion had been made. [Adopted effective January 1, 2009.]
