Rule 31 Notice of disposition hearing

Everyone involved in the case must be told when and where the disposition hearing will happen. This includes all the parties in the case, their lawyers, and anyone else who has a legal right to attend and speak at the hearing.

The disposition hearing is where the court decides what happens next for the child and family, so it's important that no one is left out of the loop. Giving proper notice means people have a fair chance to show up, share their views, and be part of the decision. If someone who was supposed to get notice didn't receive it, that could be a problem for how the case moves forward.
