Rule 3 Effective date

These rules started on June 7, 2019. Any financial exploitation civil case that follows this rule set must follow these procedures from that date forward.

If you're dealing with a case that involves financial exploitation claims, this rule simply tells you when the rules became official and enforceable. It doesn't affect the substance of your case, but it confirms that the rules were valid and in place starting on this date.
