Rule 3.7 Election of Officers

Every year, the members of the Board pick a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson to lead the group. These two people take on the usual leadership tasks you'd expect, like running Board meetings.

The Chairperson is in charge of leading meetings. This includes deciding how to handle motions, objections, and questions about evidence that come up during those meetings. If the Chairperson can't be there, the Vice-Chairperson steps in and handles these same duties.

This rule simply makes sure the Board always has someone in charge who can keep meetings organized and moving forward smoothly.
