Rule 7.1 Program Administration

This rule sets up who is in charge of making sure judges keep up with their required training. The Administrative Director of Courts is the person responsible for running the continuing education program that judges must complete.

The Administrative Director doesn't have to handle every part of this job personally. They can hand off these duties to someone else who works under them. This makes it easier to keep the program running smoothly, even if the Administrative Director is busy with other work.

For judges, this means there's a clear point of contact for questions about their required training. It also means the person managing the program may not always be the Administrative Director themselves, but could be someone the Director has picked to handle these tasks instead.
