Rule 7.13 Finality of Decisions

When the Administrative Director makes a decision about accreditation, that decision is the end of the matter. There is no appeal process for these specific decisions. Once the Director rules on an accreditation question, everyone involved has to accept that outcome.

This means judges and others who deal with accreditation issues should know that the Director's word is final on this topic. If you disagree with a decision about accreditation, you won't be able to challenge it further within the disciplinary system. The rule keeps this part of the process simple and avoids drawn-out disputes over accreditation calls.
