If you get help through this program, you are the one who has to pay for the services you receive. The program itself does not cover these costs and cannot be held responsible for paying your bills.

That said, the program has some flexibility to step in and help you out. It can look at your situation individually and decide whether to offer financial or other support to help you get the services you need. This means each person's case is considered on its own, rather than following a strict, one-size-fits-all rule.
