Rule 2.05 Fifth Circuit

This rule sets out when court terms begin in four West Virginia counties that make up the Fifth Circuit. Each county holds three court terms every year, spaced about four months apart.

Calhoun County and Mason County both start their court terms on the first Tuesday in January, May, and September.
