Rule 2.25 Twenty-Fifth Circuit

This rule sets out when court sessions start in two West Virginia counties that make up the 25th Circuit.

In Grant County, court terms begin on the second Tuesday of March, July, and November. In Mineral County, court terms begin on the second Tuesday of January and September, and on the first Tuesday of May.
