Rule 4.01 Admission to Practice Before the Courts

If you're a licensed attorney in West Virginia and your law license is in good standing, you can practice law in any court across the state. You don't need separate permission for each individual court. Being approved by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals is enough to let you appear and represent clients statewide.
