Rule 7.03 Jury Panels and Pools

Here's a plain English summary of this rule:

Courts pull jurors from one shared pool for both circuit court and magistrate court cases. There's no separate list of jurors for each type of court. Once a group of potential jurors is selected from the jury wheel or box, that same group can be called to serve in either court.

This means the county doesn't waste time and money keeping two different jury pools running at once. If you get called for jury duty, you could end up serving on a case in circuit court or magistrate court, since both courts draw from the same group of people.
