Rule 9 Immunity

(a) Parties and Witnesses. Parties and witnesses shall have such immunity as is applicable in a civil action.

(b) Committee members; Arbitrators; Staff. Members of the Committee, panels and staff shall be immune from suit for any conduct in the course and scope of their official duties. (Added May 10, 2016, effective October 1, 2016.)
