Rule 904 Notice to Court Reporter

Any party requesting the reporting of a particular matter by the official court reporter shall provide notice to the official court reporter at least three working days before the matter is set for hearing. The three-day notice requirements can be waived by the court. The notice is not required for juvenile and criminal matters.

Amendment history: Amended December 31, 2001, effective April 1, 2002. Transcripts not requested. — Divorce granted in favor of the wife was proper where neither party requested that the divorce proceeding be reported; thus, a transcript of the trial did not exist and the husband was not denied access to a transcript of the divorce proceeding.
