Rule 94 Issuance of Alternative Writ; Service

If the petition is granted, the clerk at the direction if the court, calendars the matter for hearing and issues the alternative writ to the petitioner. (See sample Alternative Writ form appended to these rules as Appendix A). Petitioner must serve on each respondent and real party in interest, if any, a copy of the alternative writ, at least 15 days prior to the hearing date and file a copy with proof of service at least 5 days prior to the hearing date.
