Rule 95 Service of Answer and Reply
Rule Text
The respondent and any real party in interest must serve any answer on the petitioner at least 5 days prior to the hearing date and file a copy with proof of service at least 2 days prior to the hearing date. The petitioner must serve any reply and file a copy with proof of service 2 days prior to the hearing date.
