Rule 167 Notice of Hearing

Notice of the formal hearing, either in the Order to Show Cause or by a Notice of Hearing served upon the parties, must be given not less than twenty (20) days before the hearing date, unless a shorter period of time is agreed to by a written stipulation of the parties.
