Rule 168 Discovery
Rule Text
Discovery as permitted by the Rules of Civil Procedure, is allowed in formal proceedings. For purposes of discovery, the Disciplinary Counsel is deemed the plaintiff and the member is deemed the defendant. The functions of a trial court in discovery shall be performed by the hearing panel.
