Rule 1 Title and Scope

These rules shall be known as the Land and Titles Rules and cited as ____________ TCRLT. Theses rules apply to all proceedings before the land and titles division of the High Court of American Samoa. The American Samoa Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply generally to proceedings in the land and titles division unless a more specific provision of these rules applies. In case of conflict, these rules govern.
