Rule 7 Trial

Rules of evidence for trials in the land and titles division shall be the same as apply in all other cases and proceedings, i.e., the American Samoa Rules of Evidence, except that hearsay evidence may be admitted in the discretion of the court if such evidence is necessary and there are circumstantial guarantees of trustworthiness. The court shall also have discretion to bar repetitive or cumulative evidence.
