Rule B Purpose of These Supplemental Rules

(1) The purpose of these supplemental rules is to establish the process for the determination by the High Court of the amount of the rental compensation payments to villages and families with lands within the Park (“rental assessment proceedings”). Proceedings will be in the Land and Titles Division in accordance with A.S.C.A. § 3.0208(b)(2).

(2) In accordance with A.S.C.A. § 3.0242(b), these supplemental rules may be modified upon order of the High Court to govern any matter of practice or procedure which is not provided for, or where strict compliance with any rule may be inequitable or inconvenient. Effective October 18, 1993.
