Arizona's civil court rules apply to all civil cases in the state's superior courts. They cover how cases must be handled from start to finish.
The rules are meant to help cases move forward fairly and quickly without costing people more than necessary. Both the judge and the people involved in a case are expected to follow and apply the rules with those goals in mind.
