Arizona courts only have one type of lawsuit for civil cases. It is simply called a "civil action."

This means you do not need to worry about filing your case under different categories or forms. Whether you are suing someone over a contract, an injury, or a property dispute, it all goes through the same basic process in Arizona civil court.
