Rule 6 Filing Pleadings and Other Documents

When you need to send paperwork to the Arizona Tax Court, you have two options. You can mail your documents to the court clerk, or you can bring them in and file them directly with the clerk in person.

If neither of those options works for your situation, you can follow the same filing rules used in regular civil court cases. Those rules are found in Civil Rule 5.1 and cover other accepted ways to submit documents to the court.
