Rule 1000-1. Prohibition of Bias Participation in a case, both inside and outside the courtroom, shall be free from prejudice and bias. Everyone is entitled to fair and equal treatment by all Court staff, case participants and observers. No one shall act in a manner that can be reasonably interpreted as manifesting unfair prejudice or bias.
