The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona is a unit of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, operating within the Ninth Circuit. The court has subject matter jurisdiction over all bankruptcy cases filed in Arizona, including proceedings under Chapters 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 of the Bankruptcy Code. Arizona is a single federal judicial district covering the entire state.
