Rule 2084-12. Confirmation of Plan Without Hearing Subject to LR 2084-13, the Court may confirm a plan without a hearing if: (1) there are no timely filed objections and the proposed order is signed by the trustee; or (2) the trustee and all objecting creditors sign a stipulated order.
